About Otter Express

Otter Express transports the general public for a fee. We provide transportation options for all residents (adults, children, youth, elderly, and individuals with disabilities) within city limits of Fergus Falls, Perham, and Breckenridge. We recommend calling two days in advance to schedule a ride.

Bus service in Barnesville, Battle Lake, and Pelican Rapids! $1.00 additional bus fare if scheduled for a same day bus ride.
