Transporting the general public for a fee. Transit Alternatives Otter Express provides transportation options for all residents within city limits of Fergus Falls, Perham, and Breckenridge.

We are a door to door public transportation service. The driver may assist a passenger from their door to get to the bus and assist a passenger to the door of the destination. If assistance is needed the passenger should request that service when scheduling their ride. The driver is never allowed to cross over the door threshold of a residence or the door at the destination. A passenger that needs assistance beyond those parameters should have an escort with them for their pick up and drop off rides. The escort does not pay for their bus fare.

We do our best to accommodate all rides at the requested date and time. There are days and times that our schedule may be full and the caller may not get the requested date and/or time. We advise to call in as early as possible to request your reservation.

For the safety of our drivers and passengers, changes to scheduled rides can ONLY be made through our dispatch center during business hours. The drivers are NOT able to adjust times or destinations. Please plan accordingly.
